In my opinion this is absolutely the best bread in the area. The price is about the same as that of Borealis Bread available at the supermarket and yet better than Borealis. To me the flavor is exceptional and my impression is that it is very nutritional also. Every batch of bread from Maribel is good. In the past I had a neighbor baking bread and he had some difficulty with not burning the bread and getting it to consistently rise properly.

This bread removed from the freezer after about 1-1/2 months still has excellent flavor. In fact I prefer its flavor removed from the freezer and defrosted and made warm and a little crisp in a 200 deg. Fahrenheit oven with margarine to freshly baked. Slicing the bread before it’s put in the freezer makes it possible to defrost the amount of bread at a time that you want.
